In our present society car drivers seem the first to get in touch wirh the integration of modern technologies like Internet, UMTS, GPS, GIS. New cars are standarized with functionlities in which processor power, satelite navigation and communication technology come together. Stef and Selene Kolman, founders of Platform ‘Not to Return. Caress’ are convinced that everybody will meet locative technology in everyday live at some point. They want to introduce people with such technologies and make them create an opinion on this.

For this reason they founded Platform ‘Not to Return. Caress’. The car driver can log in, localize himself and other drivers on a map, exchange information and media. (Text, video, sound)

Because visitors experience with these new technologies, they can also create a clearer view on the new possibilities of locative media as well as the possible disadvantuous effects of these developments.
