in Paradiso. As a virtual director one can zoom in, zoom out, and make pans and
tilts. The Fabplayer QT edition is a remote controllable camera that covers the
whole concert hall. The viewer can put himself in the position of a bandmember
and can experience the concert as if he is standing on stage. What’s distinctive
is that all viewers can operate the camera at the same time. Even after the live
registration one can view the concert again with the controllable camera. On
Fabplayer.com the further developments of the Fabplayer will be shown. Part of
this is where interesting data about the use of the 360 camera are automatically stored
in a database. These are presented graphically. There is also an interesting
technical report of the 360° camera in the Library.
Impact
