The forum is a place where deafs, impaired hearing people and hearing people can start a dialogue. This dialogue can take place in Dutch or in the Dutch sign language. Because of this it is necessary that speakers can join the forum with video as well as audio. In order to arrange a clear dialogue focused on strong content, a certain formalisation takes place while participants tell what their contribution is within the dialogue. Also it is possible to rate each others contribution. All of this serves the goal to that people with impared hearing come to unision and a stronger opinion concerning the subjects that live within their community.
